She mentioned the Florencia gang as needing to rise up and protect their territory. It was a Florencia gang member that killed the actor, Johhny Wactor, last year in downtown LA while stealing his catalytic converter. This woman is disgusting and symbolic of many of the corrupt Hispanic politicians embedded in LA politics.

How the hell is she a mayor?!?!
