The antidote to anxiety is to turn it over to God. Paul said in Philippians 4, “Be anxious for nothing.” That’s a strong statement. Then, he goes on to say, “But in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be known to God.” Put it all in God’s hands. That’s when you’ll have peace that passes understanding.
